You ***en idiots are so ****kkkkken dumb .

Its random , it must have the right to test at anytime thats how it works , its not knowing when they will test that is so powerful, not being tested or the date of test doesnt matter , not knowing when is the all and end all to OST , you cannot have a cut point because then you know forsure you wont be tested after that date .

Understand how this system works , its not up to the fighters its up to the testers when and where , they may not test Pac at all they may test them every day , the point is the random is he key .

I'm sure neither Mosley or Mayweather even knew they weren't going to have any "Blood" test in that time frame.
      discretion you mean?

end of discussion. cut off date? type of **** is that
        So,

why offer 14 days in the first place?

This is why Pac doesn't want the testing, not knowing when USADA will show up messes with his mind, the weakness is his fear of the word random, a shame he is so weak minded.

                But Bobs a liar right?

and never has credible info, hes just trying to negotiate through the media,

                right?

If one can cheat within 14 days,

why offer it in the first place?

I hope NSAC can do it that way too...They could test the fighters without announcing when they'll stop testing..

In the mid 1990s, Arum committed a host of Felonies when he admittedly gave then IBF President Bob Lee over $100,000 as a “bribe” to allow George Foreman, then heavyweight champ, to fight Axel Schultz instead of a top contender. He accomplished this by laundering the money through Europe with then booking agent Stan Hoffman. Shortly thereafter, Arum admitted such in a US Dept. of Justice affidavit that was published here at RingTalk.com. The fallout saw Arum fined in a number of states, while unable to promote in Arizona.

So, why refuse it in the first place?
