i believe there shouldn't be any cut-offs at all. If they decide not to take blood 30 days before the fight but use random as a deterrent...I'm cool with that as well.

Team pacquiao is trying desperately to take the random out of the test. And I'm growing more and more awry of them by the day. i can't trust them no farther that I can throw them!

He wants to try to save face for Manny because he knows Manny is dirty. USADA says RANDOM testing. Understand that word. That means they can show up whether it's 14 days or 18 or days. The object of it is you don't know when they are coming. Manny was scared because he knows what he was taking can't leave his system within 14 days. but this is fair because as much as you distrust pac and his team so does pac distrusts floyds real agenda towards the testing. both have an opinion thats not validated, so the only way to sort this out is a compromise.

There should be no ANNOUNCED cut off date for this fight. FLOYD is in the drivers seat NOT Manny. I can't wait to end this charade. Why should any clean fighter be concerned about a cutoff date? Manny has come up from 106, had a 50% KO ratio at 130 now has a 90% KO ratio at 147 and it just so happens that his former trainer of 5 years is a noted roid user. All this sh-- is no coincidence. I cant wait for this fight to get signed so Floyd can spank Manny's little cheating ass. Manny is the 1st so called P4P that got there by beating beaten fighters and now the fake ass fighter of the decade won't even come clean and don't give me that half way (24 or 14 day all of a sudden now that his former trainer has come out) come clean sh-- cause I'm not buying it.
