How did Floyd duck negotiations? He agreed to every single one of Team Pacquiao's request, countered with a single of his own. Team Pacquiao agreed, and latter walked from the table because of the exact proposal they agreed to. Months later, after Floyd has already pulled this offer, and after he'd already earned 40+ million fighting Mosely, team Pac decides that 14 days Mayweather originally proposed looked pretty good.

I don't think Pacquiao and his camp are afraid or vice versa, but i do think that they don't have the right game plan to beat Floyd yet..They're still unready, and they'll do anything to make it seem like it is Floyd who doesn't want it like they did last time..

Mayweather's footwork is no longer existent.

Pacquiao's footwork is phenomenal, he darts in out of the pocket with lateral movement, his whole body shifts quickly & changes direction & his feet move with every punch.

Philly shell don't work against a southpaw who fights like a southpaw, especially Mayweather's version of it.
