They ducking the fight AND the drug tests. I've NEVER seen anything like it. EVER. I mean, 14 days was on the table MONTHS ago they didn't budge, now its OFF the table and they want to make a move to "AGREE" to it.

All while trying to save face and pin it all on Floyd by shoving this crap through the media.

If they were really serious about getting the fight done, they would negotiate with Floyd's team, not negotiate with the media.

In February, Floyd Jr, NOT ME, said that offer no longer exists and that he will do it up until the fight. So Manny "agreeing" to 14 days MEANS nothing to the guy that MADE the offer MONTHS ago and NO LONGER EXISTS. But then, you say Floyd was ducking by asking him to even test, now you say he is ducking if he doesn't accept his OWN offer that no longer exist.

Because the person that OFFERED it, took it off the table. The person that OFFERED just went through with the testing all the way to the fight and feels no need to cut it off.

who whole point of the testing of this nature is that it is random with either blood or urine.

They could blood test either fighters on the first day of training and not take blood ever again.

Amir Khan said his last Olympic fight he didn't have a single blood test until straight after the fight. He had random urine tests a few times prior to the fight.
