Even if that was the last time they were tested, there was no cut-off date for testing. The USADA tests randomly, which means they could be tested 18 days before, or 1 day before. The athletes can't use the PEDs because there is potential for them to be tested at random. If there is a scheduled cutoff, then they know when they can start using again. So, I'd say this article is pretty much wrong in suggesting there was a cutoff, even if they were tested for the last time 18 days before the fight.

Hang ya dumb ***s , its random , that means it might be 2 days before it might be 20 days before , thats the call of the testers , and its also the reason why Manny should just comply because he may not get testing in the last 30 days ,,, the point of the whole procedure is the random nature and nobody knowing when or where .Comment

No, because there's no way Floyd would have known when the cutoff dates were prior to being subject to WADA testing policies. Furthermore, him knowing the testing dates defeats the purpose of the test being random.Comment
