You fail to realize Pac didn't have to do ANY additional testing if he didn't want to, since it's not a requirement.

Floyd wanted the 14 days, after a long negotiation, it failed. Now, Pac is giving in more then he probably should, so the ball is in Floyd's court. If he doesn't take it, he doesn't want the fight since this is what he wanted.

1). Pacquiao didn't have to do ANY testing. For him to even agree to any random testing, whether it be three tests or a 24 or a 20 day cutoff is giving a lot.
