Floyd ALWAYS talked about playing on an even level his whole career. BUT, for some reason, he never actually requested specifically random blood test till the day of the fight UNTIL the whole mayweather-pacquiao talks began. Something about this little Filipino dude scares MAYWEATHER. PAC says he'll fight, then mayweather draws the "i want blood tests" card. Now PAC says he'll do the 14-day as mayweather requested. Now let's see what card MAYWEATHER will draw this time.

how manny times you going to say the same thing? its not that hes scared of him but maybe he didnt think his out fighters might be cheating. maybe it made him think how he moved up in like 3 weight casses so quick and gain power and keep his speed and not get that much bigger. then he has a conditioning coach who is banned from the olympics for cheating and a trainer who already had two fighters caught cheating and he knew they were cheating. that is reason to suspect something, dosnt make manny quilty but reason to suspect without a doubt

Because a "report" says this and that, which is later denied or contradicted by someone else in his camp, we are supposed to believe what?

If he wants the fight agree to the terms. Floyd agreed to everything and Manny has agreed to none of his demands. overweight penalty, size of the ring, size of the gloves, etc, Floyd agreed to them all.

If this fight doesn't hapen, Floyd will be blamed. The fact that Floyd has a history of ducking fights.

This is nothing but a PR move people. Mayweather said after in the postfight interview of the Mosley fight that Pac would have to submit to the USADA testing program. That program doesn't consist of any cutoff date. And I believe during the Mayweather-Mosley promotion that he said there would be no cutoff in the future. Pac agreeing to 14 days, after Mayweather has said that won't be acceptable is basically meaningless. Its just another way to get the mass public back on Pac's end of the debate. Mayweather will take a PR hit if he doesn't accept, but so what. He took a PR hit for not fighting Mosley. Then, he took another one for beating his ass. So at this point, PR hits are irrelevant when it comes to Money May. No USADA testing, no fight. Its simple.

BTW, why didn't Pac accept this back in Jan when it was the proposal on the table? Does no one find it at all curious that its acceptable now that Mayweather has clearly said he would no longer accept this?

Floyd already said just before the Mosley fight, "No more cutoff dates", too little too late Pac.

then this is sad that Floyd will never get to test his skills or his stature. Sad for boxing that they are not fighting also.
