better question is why wouldnt pac agree to the 14day cut off then but will now? some people are saying well hes trying to make the fight happen and if we go off that logic wouldnt that mean back then he didnt really want the fight to happen......

True. To be honest i think all this B.S. is to hype up the fight. They had no intentions to fight in March in my opinion.

I think the plan all along was for them to fight in late 2010.

What you fail to understand is that Floyd is in the position of power now. Floyd has already taken the USADA testing. So there isn't really anything to negotiate about. That battle is won. If Manny refuses to take anything but random testing, he will be the cause of the fight not happening. public opinion is so far in Floyd's favor right now, Pac has no choice. Floyd could ask for a little more than 50/50 and be justified, his PPV #'s are better than Pac, period, no rationales or reasoning. All the pac fans can pretend that he has a lot bargaining power but he doesn't, he certainly has less than he had at the prior negotiation. This fight will be the largest payday he has ever had.

Public opinion is Pac wants this fight and Floyd will come up with something to run away from this fight and *****s will rationalze his sissy ass move.

Floyd's Intentions

Floyd ALWAYS talked about playing on an even level his whole career. BUT, for some reason, he never actually requested specifically random blood test till the day of the fight UNTIL the whole mayweather-pacquiao talks began. Something about this little Filipino dude scares MAYWEATHER. PAC says he'll fight, then mayweather draws the "i want blood tests" card. Now PAC says he'll do the 14-day as mayweather requested. Now let's see what card MAYWEATHER will draw this time.
