Goody Petronelli, the only trainer Marvelous Marvin Hagler ever knew, always used to say, “You can’t train a chin.’’

First of all there would be no contract, it would be a verbal agreement...if it was actually true in the first place. The whole thing was described as industry chatter, and in this game that can be far from the truth. Any how it wouldn't stop the fight from happening if all sides wanted it.

Like I said khan has a fighters heart and will fight anyone it is up to the promoters to make it happen.

Have you thought of the fact that maybe GBP don't want the fight to happen yet cos they don't want maidana to lose? Everyone keeps pointing the finger at khan but maybe they don't want the fight to happen cos as it stands they have the wba champ, and the interim champ both making good money for them.

It was Khan and Roach making excuses not to fight Maidana, saying he wasn't a big draw etc.

A "glass chin" simply refers to a boxer's inability to tolerate physical trauma to the face without getting knocked out. While there are various theories about why a boxer has a glass chin (weak neck, questionable mind-frame, slight legs), there has been virtual unanimity about the lack of its cure. "You can't train a chin", says Angelo Dundee, famed trainer of Muhammad Ali. You can pump iron, run marathons, spar with many partners, but you can't improve your chin- you are born with it.

Agreement, contract whatever. Its real and thats from Khans boss. Richard Schafer.

No its not for Maidana . Hes no where near Khans star power and has no where near the potential Khan has. They aint protecting Maidana over his crap belt. This dude was just signed to fight The Number 1 JWW...Tim Bradley like literally 2 weeks ago until he got injured. So no GBP aren't protecting Maidana at all IMO.

Khan probably does have a fighters spirit. If he does it will show with his next oppoenent.

135 Pounders like Kats and Presscott is bull ****. Now if Khan was going back down to 135 to fight them then its different but hes dragging them up to 140 when there is Maidana, Bradley, Alexander and Ortiz waiting for a fight.

It will be a tune up.

No it was richard schaffaer and freddie roach saying the fight needed building up more, which was true. Khan has said all along that he'l fight him and then bradley in a couple of fights, they are sticking to the original game plan. Already the fight is bigger, since salita (mandatory) both have fought and had tko wins on hbo, and they have given it a bit of a build up in the interview after the khan fight.

They have gone about the fight in the right way...that is why they promote and you sit on a computer at home talking about it.

Hes small. Hes just tall. Hes still a 135 Pounder.

                  Khan is a big JWW.

However if hes just looking for a tune-up in July then cool.
