ive got money all day long on khan beating maidana just like i did on him humiliating malignaggi but against alexander my money moves away from khan as ive seen all of his career and i know that chin is going to be his achiles even with all the skills he has. makes him interesting to watch, but would rather see him prove himself against alexander then a plodder in maidana.khan eats him up all day long but alexander i think is a great test and if he passes that then i might even have to concede hes got a handle on his chin

Props for Khan for calling Maidana to fight him.

Floyd the Frraud will never do this, Instead he quietly cherry pick opponents with her hubby Ellerbe. Pathetic!

Yeah but you've always gotta keep proving yourself. I have no doubt though that people will call Maidana a bum after Khan beats him though.

I don't know why khan is "all of a sudden" growing on people, he has always said he wants to fight the best and has a true fighters heart. Even after he got knocked out in the face of some horrible abuse and boos he never went into hiding like many prospects would have done, a lesser man would have crumbled. Granted he has had many advantages and a somewhat easy route as a pro, but he earned that path in the amateurs, and its not his fault he was such a big star even before his 1st pro fight, its not his fault he was selling out arena's and making 6 figure pay days in his first 10 fights. That is just the way it is, he has always fought who is put in front of him by his promoters and im sure he will continue to do so, if freddie or gbp thinks he should fight someone then he will.

I give Khan credit for wanting to fight the best guys, but it ain't going to happen any time in the near future. GBP are not ******, they know Khan has a weak chin and will never match him with the top guys at 140. They want to make their money before he gets sparked again. Maidana is crude, but has big punching power. Amir would probably out-box him, But if Maidana landed one of his bombs it would be lights out all over again. No way will GBP risk it. Watch and see.

Maidana is the opposite of Malignaggi, power with little boxing ability.
