Emanuel Steward cant train anyone under 7'2 and thats the problem. naseem was better before him.

Naseem was getting 8 million per bout as a Featherweight! That kind of cash was unheard of for that weight class.

I wouldn't blame it on him being past his prime. I would blame it on the fact that he didn't fuqqin train like he was supposed to. And this is coming from a man who started to WATCH boxing because of the prince.

All of Naz's KDs were almost exclusively down to balance issues. He was never badly hurt.

I wouldn't say past prime but his work ethic was noticeably dropping towards the end of his career , plus he didnt seem to have the same desire anymore which could explain for his crap performance against calvo . Barrera just exploited the fundamental flaws Hamed always had and would have done so any time in Naz's career.

He was in his prime. The man was just bested by MAB.

Hell, we never even got to see Naseem not in his prime.

No, he was just never all the good to begin with and thought he was too good to get in shape. Everyone who knew even a little about boxing knew he would get exposed by the first good fighter he fought. The man went life and death with a 300 year old Kevin Kelly for fuccks sake.

                    Another question in this thread.

Did MAB ever duck Naseem in their careers?
