Was prince naseem past prime when he fought MAB?

I see a lot of british posters here saying it, I might as well do an official poll and end this discussion.

I personally think that it's bull**** to say Naseem was past prime when he fought MAB, Then people saying that Naseem would've beat MAB in his Naseems "prime"

    What do you people think?

I found Naseem entertaining but he was never ELITE to me.

No Barrera was simply better. Classic boxer who had all the right boxes ticked to beat Hamed.

Dunno about past his prime but he wasnt focused or at his very best. You can see that from the documentary.

I agree with this also. Barrera fought the perfect style to neutralise Naz

Naseem was in his prime, Once he stepped up to the plate to fight a top class opponent he got schooled/rant.

You british nut huggers gotta get over nas .

Not in years, but in terms of his boxing then yes.

Hamed's training had become a joke, he surrounded himself with his family, a bunch of "yes men" who shouted "amazing champ" when he looked lacklustre in training

Hamed had become a celebrity, wasnt training right and wasn't serious anymore.

put it this way, if Tyson was past prime against Douglas, then Hamed certainly was against MAB

Ive always thought of the same analogy. Both began to believe their own hype/power.

Then i realise Naz fought Barrera and Tyson fought Buster ****in Douglas.
