Pac's inside fighting capabilities are as close as possible to a question mark. Mayweather is on the contrary the best inside fighter available in this sad day and age, where most world champions, do not know how to effectively fight on the inside.

Pac did not beat anyone by fighting on the inside, because that's not what he does. And reasonably so, considering his footwork and angles would be wasted at close quarters/
