Provide me with a link to show he agreed to random tests throughout the entire pre-fight build up and he knew just what these random tests entailed (i.e. he knew how many tests would be performed, how much blood taken etc.)

Come on, kilrain. People have put up these links many times. I have myself. Olympic Styled Testing is random blood and urine testing. This was agreed upon from the outset. And they were told the # of tests, etc. How else could they try to change it if they didn't know? Real talk: Why don't you do that research on your own? You can start with the doghouse and ESPN articles on the fight beginning December 11. That should be enough to go on. And then tell me what conclusion you reach. Fair?

There's a big difference here.

First of all, Floyd can comfortably make 147 so the whole '10 Mill per pound' thing is really a moot point. Because Floyd can make 147. Manny just didn't want Floyd (who is already bigger) pulling some **** like he did with Marquez and paying a token sum (something like 600k is peanuts to Floyd). The penalty was simply to ensure Floyd didn't pull that ****, everyone acts like it's a big inconveinance and similar to FLoyd asking Pac to take unprecedented random blood tests, which have weakened him in the past.

The point is not moot, it obviously flew over your head. I didn't ask you to justify Pacquiao's weight penalty request. His reasoning behind making the request doesn't matter. The point is that Pacquiao made a request that went beyond the commission's standard rules. You chastising Mayweather and not Pacquiao for going over the commission instead of "letting them do their job" makes you a hypocrite. This isn't rocket science here man. Do you even know what a "double standard" is?

PW...I'm not arguing that it isn't negotiating. Geez, think a little, willya? Ask yourself some questions...people negotiate certain things for a reason.
