Agreed, a possible fantasy match up wouldve been great. But even in the fantasy matchup SRR had it all, no? He adapted to anything, I believe armstrong wouldve had his moments but for the most part SRR's intelligence and ring IQ wouldve taken it. Not saying Armstrong was a one trick pony but what is he known for? Fighing on the inside right? SRR did it all

Armstrong held 3 titles in different weight classes at the same time and won 150 fights.

I don't want anybody to think I'm discrediting SRR, but could you tell me what achievements you are referring to?

Yeah, because now-a-days you can't fight 10x in 1 month. Now-a-days, just about everyone is trained extremely well, not just some guy who threw on some gloves like MMA guys do.

Now-a-days, you will be lucky to geet 3-5 fights in a year. Now-a-days, you can be medically suspended for an x amount of days if you take too much damage in a fight. Now-a-days, you can duck fighters all you want. Now-a-days, if it don't make money, it don't make sense.

So yeah, of course no one can get on SRR's terms of achievements because people will be incredibly lucky to get 50 fights by the time they retire now-a-days.

You ****** as2222 mutha RJJR > SRR . your just part of that dumb line who uses old school fighters as a means to prove your boxing knowledge. RJJR is the GOAT and nobody comes close. I love SRR but his ability and techincal kowledge is nowhere neaR A RJJR or floyd mayweather. What make the opponents he beat so special? HA name them? You think they really stand a chance against RJJR? Your dumb and delusional and just like ali they hate now but 10 yrs down the line MR highlight, Mr untouchable, and mr yall must of forgot will reign as the GOAT!!!! old school fighters aint **** compared to new school. If manny beats Floyd then he will be in line with RJJR or vice versa with FLOYD beating Manny.

Willie Pep had an incredible winning streak and consistency, but his motto was run away and fight another day. He had no power either. Armstrong has a strong case as well but he was just a slugger. And who ever said Roy Jones, as far as skills maybe but he had no chin. The GOAT in my opinion has to be the complete package. That's SRR.

lmao. Armstrong was just a brawler? Please watch at least 1 round of Armstrong's career before you make a ****** comment like that. Roy Jones Jr had no chin????? Please back up that last statement you made because I feel that the never knocked out - undefeated in his prime RJJ had a pretty solid chin, unless you saw something that proved otherwise, please show me because maybe I have the wrong opinion of Roy's chin.
