Before you can compare yourself to the Robinson you will have to be a FIGHTER OF THE DECADE. Manny is no Robinson but he's the best fighter during his decade so he have somewhere to start.

No ones arguing that there's only one great fighter but that there's a reason why HE was proclaimed GOAT. Or am I wrong? Was he not given the title as lb 4 lb greatest of all time?

I agree. If you go out and ask 100 people who the greatest HW of all time is they will say Muhammad Ali. I will bet that 85 of them don't follow boxing at all but they acknowledge him as the greatest from hearsay.

I'm not saying he is or he isn't, but I will say that people who have no basis for their opinion have that opinion.

I would loved to have seen prime Armstrong vs prime SRR at 147. Armstrong gets inside and lights him up - he was insanely good - far better than Lamotta - who really didn't have a lot of power or technique - who SRR is famous for beating up 5 times.

In terms of achievements nobody will ever top Robinson. But I think other fighters throughout history have a great chance at beating him.
