its an agreement broda... even floyd vs marquez agreed to fight in a certain weight limit, by the way everyone does.. if u exceed the limit.. u pay thats every pound u exceed the rules...

they want everyone to be the same weight when they fight each other...
if a certain boxer dont want to agree to that limit then that means no fight as simple as that...

40 have tried and 40 didn't get tested. Suddenly when it cames to Manny Pacquiao he's like ....auhhh, you must do OSDT or no fight. But you're easy work though.
