Floyd DOES NOT MAKE THE RULES IN BOXING

Floyd on tape in an interview confessed that HE DOES NOT MAKE THE RULES IN BOXING AT 1:30 INTO THE VIDEO.

Which is the reason why Pac dont need to bend over and take Floyds demands for that poor drug test cop excuse that Floyd invented....

Enough of this, we already know why Floyd asked for the test. Floyd say he's the greatest ever but he can't even give Manny a run for the FIGHTER OF THE DECADE award. And the sad thing is that Manny said he's not even the best, that's how low Floyd aka Gayweather is.

but it's ok for pacquiao to ask for a weight penalty? Isn't a new rule too?? The only difference is that mayweather accepted his request unlike paccy running like a headless chicken trying to avoid floyd at all cost lol

its not a new rule i think they just ask to increase the penalty...
floyd vs marquez already have this rule, thats why floyd paid him 600k
it has been proven that he got over weigh in limit..
they just dont want it to happen again..
it wont be an exciting fight if the other guy is 147 and the other guy is 150...

Floyd is jealous that Manny is the FIGHTER OF THE DECADE and he's not. Floyd say that he's the greatest ever but he's not even the greatest in a single decade.

A weight penalty isn't a "new" rule. It's part of the contract. And the reason Manny asked for this was because Floyd came overweight in the Marquez fight.

Why did Floyd ask for additional drug testing?

How much was the penalty supposed to be? Didn't he say 10 million ? That hasn't been done before..the blood tests are a good thing ..at the level they fight i think it's a good idea..floyd took em like it was nothing before the mosley fight.
