Thank you Smolger for letting that beating continue.

there's a difference between 'liking', or being a fan, and giving up what's due like this,

^^ Some guys are keeping it real like that guy, others are just being lowlives - like I said, it just disappoints me when the real boxing fans follow in that latter trait (of course, I expect it from easily noted lowlives who aren't boxing fans).

That disappointment isn't the end of the world, I'll live, but this is a boxing forum, so I might as well express it here.

I thought Smoger should have stopped it a round or two earlier because Paulie was taking too many hard head shots.

He was way behind on the cards and because he doesn't have KO power, he had no way of winning the fight.

MIB loves the drama. Has to turn every discussion into a serious argument.

        I'm out of here dude.

I think I explained the answer to that in my post above. Pauli has to be that way. For his lack of Punching Power and star quality, do you really think HBO would be showcasing him multiple fights in a row?

Pauli has always had to sell himself a certain way to get fights and paydays. If he continues fighting, he will hustle his way right back up there again. He is a good fighter. No average fighter could beat Juan Diaz. Pauli just has many disadvantages due to his style and getting fights. He has done what he had to do. I give him props for it,.

What the hell man...damn. You guys saying **** like this will get it done right back at you whether now or later but you usually pay for saying like this.

Paulie is a warrior and there was quit in the guy, why does he get hate?

The discussion is a discussion. Am I flaming you out or expressing myself unreasonably here? Discussions require some level of involvement to be discussions, or they're more like casual chats.

If you're more of a casual chat guy, that's fine with me - on your way and all the best.

I know you're a boxing fan and not one of the straight creeps, so that's why it puzzles me.

The guy's true class comes out after a fight, win or lose.

                He's got a pure heart.

I knew for a fact, said it to a friend, that, whoever won, Paul and Amir would look like friends at the end of this fight.

I see people wishing permanent damage on this great kid, and, I won't lie, I find it pretty depressing.
Same here. I wouldn't wish that on the fighters I dislike the most.

^^This coming from a guy who I know has never 'liked' Paul.
