it was a senseless fight for Pauli he was getting badly hurt. There is being brave and there is being ******.

Pride can make you do silly things. If you were fighting in front of many people you wouldn't want to quit. This is why I feel a good trainer should know when to throw in the towel.

You look at Cotto. In my honest opinion the towel should have been thrown in round about round 7 or 8 in his fight with Pacquiao ( Though I think it was disgusting that the referee stopped it in the 12th when he was capable of going the difference). His fight with Margarito should have been stopped in round 9 I think but they let it continue too far.

I don't see why the fight should have been stopped earliar, or at all, you act like paulie was in danger of being ko'd. I saw It going to the 12th round. Paulie was getting tapped good but nowhere near near getting ko'd, he would have made it to the end and deserved that much. Khan had a really good win, but come on, he's listening to everyone around him right now, and they're telling him he's the greatest boxer in the world.He's not, plain and simple.

Seriously this above disgusting. I didn't know that Pac was the referee for this fight. All i'm asking for is an article that sticks to the subject at hand without the lint licking of Pac. Is that too hard to ask for from a writer?

Anyway the fight shouldn't have been stopped earlier. For what? Sure Paulie was getting is butt kicked but he wasn't in serious danger. Ref stopped it at the right time.

Although Paulie was getting his ass beat the fact is that Paulie had not been Knocked down or been brutally beaten by devastating blows that produced trauma to his face or head. Old school fighting rules are history as we can see from this fight. In the old days, this type of stoppage would have been ridiculed and that is a fact.
