          Another stoppage because the spectacular KO wasn going to happen. Blah....If you state a lie enough times people just might believe it. KO by being outboxed. Old timers would cringe, except Laryy Merchant since he seems to be on the payroll. What a disgrace to Old schoolers,

              Nah the ref stopped it at the perfect time.

              He gave Khan a chance to get a spectacular KO, but also stopped it just short of Paulie getting seriously hurt.

              Smoger the best ref in the game today.

                No knockdowns & no devastating blows. This was more in line of throwing in the towel by the fighters corner if they didn't want to fight anylonger. Where the heck is boxing headed.

                  I agree 100%. I have never seen Smoger **** up a fight ala Jay Nady, Steele or Cortez

                    I have a hard time agreeing with stopping a fight when the fighter has not been knocked down. If the fighters corner wants to stop the fight in this case fine. This smells like BS to me.
