I'm pretty sure that bond is insurance just in case King loses the case. I'm guessing that mil would go to Mayorga and Shine if they can prove King cost them some money by requesting the injunction. King probably only had to prove enough that it might be possible the fight would violate King's contract with Mayorga.

I hope this comes back to bite King in the ass. If the event comes off at a later date it will have gained that much more publicity and attention.

If Don King has a legitimate contract with Mayorga I'm not sure how everyone can get pissed at this. If the courts say the contract with Mayorga is legit, I don't see any problem with this fight being canceled. They were warned enough ahead of time to know he wasn't kidding.
