Race plays a part, but I think that a lot of people in general are just insecure, and harbor hate for people they believe to be arrogant. America didn't really "love" Ali until he was clearly debilitated.

We saw pac and clottey kiss each other's asses and how did that work? Come on man people just look for reasons to hate Mayweather. They put liquor stores on every corner in black neighborhoods for a reason. They don't want us to be ****. And to see floyd succeed and talk **** pisses the man off. Which is why he doesn't get voted fighter of the decade or other awards. It damn sure ain't because manny is a better fighter than floyd that's just ******. In my experience it's always common for another race to say that racisim is over. Or blacks are playing the race card. It's easy to say something doesn't exist if you've never lived through it.
Very true. I doubt we would be talking about him on this level if he wasn't so out spoken. ALi saying he was the greatest made the world watch and listen. Like I said he can be a bit more tactful but I do feel where he's coming from.
Can't knock a man's style if you if it's working for him.

I agree though, he should curve his mouth even though I feel where he's coming from but that should never take away from his accomplishments in the ring.

Yet, most people seem told on to the belief that It was Mayweather he doesn't want the fight.

that is floyd, so he can deal with the judgement and negativity.
has nothing to do with hipocracy, has to do with floyd putting himself out there knowing he will be condemned for it
im not calling names to call names, floyds family has a history of drugs, domestic violence and prison
it is what it is.
if he was respectful you think those things would come up?

Nevermind the excuses, can you say hypocrite?
You're not Pacquiao, but you're a Pacquiao apologist. You're apologizing and excusing Pacquiao ducking the fight based on BS. This is something that you need to be honest with yourself about.

And that is something floyd does not do. He keeps it real. And they can't handle that. But no matter what they say as long as floyd is true to himself and his people that's the only legacy that matters to me.
