I just can't see Kevin Mitchell losing to Katsidis. I might just massively underrate Kats. But Katsidis is going to catch a lot coming in and unless he can eat Mitchell's shots like biscuits and prove to have a significant strength advantages, I can just see Kevin opening him up and probably stopping him.

Mitchell has a nice left hook and I can see that landing regularly against Katsidis.

Still can't get that image of Casamayor almost taking Katsidis's head off with that hook

        Katsidis Wins By KO

I think Mitchell is underestemating Katsidis. Katsidis will Knock Mitchell out.

Glad this fight is finally getting the attention it deserves. From what we're hearing Katsidis is coming into the fight in a nasty mood, and that's a bad thing for Mitchell. If you wanna do a psyche job on Kats you ought just leave him alone or tell everyone how great he is. One thing I wouldn't do is tell the world he's a pile of **** on legs, and dung-like legs at that.

Strategy doesn't mean a whole lot against Katsidis. He's going to be in front of Mitchell throwing bombs round after round, and Mitchell's got to soak up the pressure and fight his own fight. But it's all about the pressure. If you're still there after eight or nine rounds and landing good, clean blows, you've probably seen the best you're going to see of Katsidis. It's just a hell of a task getting that far. Good luck to Mitchell, but I don't think he can do it alone.

This is a very tough fight for Mitchell I am surprised warren made the fight. Katsidis is a very good pressure fighter and will cause Mitchell plenty of problems. the outcome is not obvious say likr Khan Kotelnik. This is as FAR more dangerous fight for Mitchell but one where he will seal his reputation if he wins. He should be given a lot of credit for just taking ther fight.

I give Mitchell the edge in this fight, but Kat is just so damn tough and is prepared to die in that ring. He isn't an easy fight for anyone. Mitchell would want to be made of pretty tough stuff, or Katsidis will just walk him down and beat him up.

              WAR KAT!

Im sure mitchell is fully aware of the danger that katz brings, its a big step up in class

I think its a good step-up though,if kev fights smart he wins a decision or stops katz late

Mitchell is the betting favorite. I haven't seen enough of both guys but the bit that I have seen of them, I can see this being a war. Katsidis will be looking to pressure Mitchell and take his head off and Mitchell will be countering.

Look at the Casamayor fight. Casa dominated the first three rounds fighting his own fight. When he tired and fought a bit more stationary through 4-8, Katsidis dominated him. But in rounds 8 and 9 Casa got his legs back and started the stick and move tactics Katsidis had no answer to. The 10th round TKO couldn't have happened without Casa changing his tactics through 8 and 9, and Katsidis abandoning the body assault. Mitchell can learn a lot from that fight. No doubt Kats did too. I think the Escobedo fight showed his confidence is back. It will come down to whose will breaks first. I'm thinking it will be Mitchell's.
