Mayweather may want to clean up boxing with this sort of testing, but, due to the cost, many fights won't be able to use this type of testing. Undercard fights, and even some world title fights which aren't big attractions won't be able to afford this. However, I would say it's more likely that a fighter will try to cheat in a mega-fight, as they're going to get more exposure and money through winning that fight. So, using the testing for big fights will be a help, it's something that can't be used in every fight though, so won't help clean up the sport as a whole, but will help in doing so.
