And your hateful comments about Roy's KO losses are pretty sad when you are a proven Wlad jock sniffer (I don't care what you think of the terms, the shoe fits). Wlad's KO losses came in his so called 'prime' and to FRINGE CONTENDERS.

You slight Jones for his KO losses and make comments about how you wish his health would be effected so he can't commentate.

Like I said, you critisize one of the greatest fighters of out generation for KO losses at the end of his career, and this is comming from a huge Wlad Klitschko fan.

Nothing wrong with wanting to see someone lose, but wishing them life altering harm?

You've always been an idiot, but that's a real lack of class.

....I got the biggest idiot on boxingscene calling me an idiot. lol lol lol Good comedy. Roy has been knocked out cold in his last two fights and he still wants back in the ring during as you put it "the end of his career". So, your such a fan that you wanna see him get brain damage? WTF??? He got the living **** kicked out of him in the Johnson fight before he got knocked out and offered no real resistence whatsoever. Only a dumb ass would continue fighting when it's obvious he has nothng left and has been knocked unconscious in his last two fights. On top of that, he is the mouthiest and ****iest mother ****er out there. He just needs to shut the **** up and let the real fighters fight and stop talking about Roy Roy Roy. So yeah, if he steps back into the ring with that ****ty attitude and the whole look at me I'm still the best bull**** then yeah I hope he gets a severe beating that embarrases him so bad that he never commentates again.

Once again, this coming from a big Wlad Klitschko nut hugger. Wlad was batterd by two guys nowhere near Tarver and Johnson's callibur, and this was in his so called 'prime'. In one case you have an all time great fighter you don't like, and in the other a glass chinned average Heavyweight who was KO'd by journeymen who you are a big fan of.

I think this really says it all about who the idiot is:

Fatigue? Right. It had nothing to do with him getting punched all over the ring in both reccent losses like a rag doll.

Guys fight, get knocked out, and continue fighting.

You're a hypocritical idiot who's a proven low class moron.

Earlier you specificly said you wished Jones would get knocked out so badly he can never commentate again. Then you try and sugar coat it in your last post to cover up your classless statement.

You need to learn to show some class. I realize that's how you talk around the trialer park, but there's no need to bring moronic statements like that in here.

You don't like him and that's fine, but don't wish the guy McClellens' fate. That makes you look like an even bigger ass than usual.

2 fights after winning the Heavyweight title from Charrles, Walcott was KO'd by Rocky Marciano.

Floyd Patterson was KO'd by Igmar Johannasen and twice by Sonny Liston in his prime.

After winning the title by knocking out Patterson in 2 consectutive fights, Liston was stopped twice back to back by Ali.

Joe Frazier lost the Heavyweight title two fights after he won it by brutal 2nd round KO to George Foreman.

George Foreman lost it a year later (in his prime) by knock out to Ali.

Mike Tyson was in his prime when he was brutally KO'd by Buster Douglas.

Eveander Holyfield lost his 3rd fight to Rid**** Bowe by knockout.

You learn something every day I guess....

ok good point but i bet none of those were one punch..I kno 4 sure Tyson was beat down but not by one punch, Same with Holy Field..i dont kno about those older fights

Roy Jones is way past his prime, but he could do it if he adapted his style a bit (figured out what to do when he gets caught on the ropes, for example). Tarver is an old guy also, and not nearly as good as RJJ.

I would actually like to see RJJ come back and fight the winner of Tarver / Johnson III, assuming that that fight happens, and then retire for good.

I have a buddy who is a boxing fan (I have actually posted about him once before) who likes the most annoying of fighters and makes some awful picks. He made the claim to me that Roy Jones Jr would come out of retirement and KO both Johnson and Tarver with ease. And I will pose all of you the same question that I posed him, if we were talking about any other aging fighter who was knocked out cold in back to back fights, retired for a year or so, and then was talking about coming back and fighting a current champion-- would you say that it was a good idea? The argument that my friend made was that it was not just any fighter that we were talking about and that Roy never lost a round before getting KO'ed. But really he had not looked good for three fights and very well could have been on a three fight losing streak, why are we supposed to believe that a year of inactivity is going to make him any better?
