I am still trying to figure out who Manny Pacquiao beat in or even around their primes? People say Manny is small but he has outweighed everyone he has fought.....Barrera, Marquez, and Morales were all smaller than Pacquiao. Oscar was outweighed, Hatton & Cotto was as well.

So, who did Floyd beat? There's no elite fighter in his resume except those who were on the downslide of their careers too such as ODLH & Mosley. Corrales is not an elite fighter, so was Hernandez. Judah and Sharmba were clowns. Hatton not in his natural weight. He even lost to a not-so-great fighter in Castillo. He should send those judges a yearly anniversary gift since he cherish his so-called immaculate but cherry-laden record. And of course, he ran from legitimate challenges such as Cotto and Margarito. And now is having all the excuses not to fight Pacquiao. OST & PEDs may a**. LOL

The 2000-2009 decade was weak for Floyd and had only 1 fighter of the year. How can you not give the fighter of the decade award to the man who won it 3 times in that decade? Not only that but the resume is unmatched with 3 HOF who are all time greats (MAB,EM,Oscar) plus 2 who are ordinary HOF (Marquez, Hatton)

This is not arguable. They could not have given this award to anybody else. Floyd did a lot of great things at 130 but that was the decade before. The problem with floyd is he did his best work in between the end of one decade & the beginning of another.
