How can this equate to "FIGHTER OF THE DECADE"?

Barrera - Win (J.Jones beat him faster x2 in his prime)
Marquez - Draw and SD win (most thought he lost x2)
Morales - Loss (Only beat him after Raheem dominated him)
Hatton - (KO'd by Floyd 2 years earlier)
De La Hoya (fought him 2 years after Mayweather, at a weight he didnt fight at in a decade)
    Cotto - (Ruined by Margarito, catch-weight, paper-belt)

I am still trying to figure out who Manny Pacquiao beat in or even around their primes? People say Manny is small but he has outweighed everyone he has fought.....Barrera, Marquez, and Morales were all smaller than Pacquiao. Oscar was outweighed, Hatton & Cotto was as well.

thats his best win but no one can deny that Barrera was in a tone of wars and was on the downslide.

People have short memories. Pacquiao had a great lest 2 years of the decade while Floyd was mostly inactive, so people remember that and forget what happened in the first 8 years of the decade.
