No, I am pointing out that the Olympic Silver medal totally alters the playing field when you make resume comparrisons to other non Olympic fighter's careers in their early twenties.
In retrospect though I don't think we can have any real complaints about how Khan's career has been handled. He's been that vulnerable at lightweight around the whiskers and prone to making elementary mistakes that if he was thrown to the wolves early, I'm not sure he'd be around now.
Now Khan has Roach and renewed focus he is the best fighter he can be, and he is at least a viable opponent for World-class fighters with the right nuturing and commitment.
