Marquez or Diaz....no way in hell he fights Bradley or Alexander
If Amir Khan wins next week, who do you think he will fight next?

wazaa, I have watched kotelnik's fights with my eyes. I don't need those guys opinions. Since when have you taken Enzo Calaghe's opinion seriously ? Didn't he recently say Khan was not up to much? Why should you be happy with his opinion of Kotelnik and not Khan? The bottom line is Khan's record is not impressive and is a padded record of a cherry picker. Until he steps up to at least Maidana level opposition he has to be seen as a show pony. It is up to Khan to change my view by fighting real fighters instead of talking a load of ****e and fighting soft touches. But on the evidence so far he is a joke.

No offense but i take Witters words, a former world champin, who has actually been in the ring with kotelnik over your words.

I dont, I hate the entire Calzaghe family. I even hate Joe's innocent kids
. I just wanted to point out to you that alot of boxing pundits rate Kotelnik pretty high.

yet again you ignore the fact that Amirs resume at the age of 22 is much better then the resume of the fighters I mentioned before. At this age its not that uncommon to have a fairly padded resume but I dont think you were bashing the likes of Hatton and Witter when they were 22 and had a ****ty resume. i havent seen you bash Bradley either when he had a worse resume then Amir at the age of 22. I don't see you bashing Ortiz and Maidana either.
I'm just asking, why the double-standards towards Amir Khan?

wazaa, You are not comparing apples with apples. Khan's biggest REAL BOXING achievement to date is his Olympic silver medal. Business and career wise his career is based on riding that achievement. Hatton and Witter did not have Olympic success to generate immediate momentum so their careers won't be on the same fast track so the comparison is not sound IMO. Ortiz has been fast tracked also but he seems that he genuinely wants to fight the top guys. Khan is obviously avoiding them that is why I don't give Ortiz so much stick. Maidana is crude and limited and was manouvered out of his title chance by the Khan handlers.[B][I]

Can you not see that Khan's Olympic Silver medal and the momentum it generates alters the perspective when you make comparisons to fighters with no Olympic record? That is why I am not into the age thing but how he behaves once he is champion.Comment

No, I am pointing out that the Olympic Silver medal totally alters the playing field when you make resume comparrisons to other non Olympic fighter's careers in their early twenties.Comment
