His punch isn't the hardest but I think with Mayorga being a real easy target then he could wear him down to a stoppage late.

Definitely not overrated. Every fight since I'd first started following him in 2001 he's yet to be even remotely close to losing a fight. And people almost always on the forums picked against him. Most notably, I remember everyone picking Candelo and Phillips over Ouma. Jantuah seemed to be not as much. I've yet to pick against Ouma and he's yet to let me down. He's fought some really game opponents:

      Toygonbaev
      Michael Lerma
      Jason Papillion
      Tony Marshall
      Angel Hernandez
      Carlos Bojorquez
      JC Candelo
      Verno Phillips twice
      Jantuah

Considering he's had just 24 fights that's pretty good. He didn't have a huge amateur career. Around 65 fights I think. Which you have to consider, those amateur fights are 3 and 4 rounds.

Ouma looks like a small Jr. Middleweight too. Some of the guys he has beat look a lot bigger than him. Its often comparable to how small Trinidad looked against Wright.

Ouma has a great opportunity to take over at 154 with Wright not there. And yeah, Ouma vs. Wright would be a great fight. One of the fights I've been hoping for now for a while.
