they don't include individual ticket sales, but they do count every movie theater that hosted the fight, as a separate buy, just like they do bars & restaurants.

no they didnt include it theatre ticket sales can only be included in revenue NOT ppv numbers, infact theatre ticket sells surely bring down ppv numbers.
