That's why they still has their own flag, that's why they're able to compete in the Olympics separately and even against the United States. Mosley has never had a big following of fans in his career, That's not the case for Floyd, he has a big following which is why his PPV fights reach big numbers.

If Floyd had fought Cotto in 2007 it could've reached 1.8-2.0 million in PPV numbers, same can be said for Pac.
