Both suck. just kidding. Both countries have produced great fighters but I'd have to give it to Puerto Rico.

Its close and arguments can be made for both sides. Britain has the Fitz and Wilde though, who I would say are comfortably higher p4p than anyone out of PR. PR on the other hand may have the slightly better standing overall with their p4p fighters. Its all in how you interpret things. Good thread. I think it would be better suited in the history section where the opinions aren't as biased and a bit more informed though.
