PR has produced better. Britain had a good history but as of the last few years it has been really poor. If they don't step it up countries like the Phillippines, Argentina, Japan, Cuba, and some other countries will pass it up as the third power in the sport.

theres approx 62mill people in the UK, and in puerto rico theres barely 4 million.

id say bearing the population, and size of the country in mind PR is definently the better boxing country pound for pound.
