If you agree on a 50/50 split, that means 50/50.
Shaw didnt want all of Australia and Armenia, he was agreeing to half of everything.

The daily net income for about 45% of Filipinos is less than $2. Not sure how lucrative that particular market is, or why you'd dump a fight for not getting half of it.
