Why didn't he go by the commission rules then?

Cmon on. that might be true but maybe it took you 3 or so hours to answer i cant wait that long and the threads might be burried when i came back the next day....

Im waiting on this one. or if you want you can post the answer on my profile. I promise ill wait for the answer.

DID FLOYD paid 20% of his purse againts Marquez??

on your question : Floyd got away by modifying the contract. Erik and Oscar can possibly do it too. do you really think that weight penalty demand and additional drug testing are equal?

I answered your question by saying no and that I believe he should have.

Second, these are not cases you can quantify by asking what is "equal". Let's debate as if we aren't in second grade. By Pacquiao doing that to Morales and Oscar, it shows that he has no regard for the commission when it suits him. Which is fine. But don't talk about how we need to go by the commission when you don't do it yourself.

RJJ was in the olympics in '88 and he was caught using steroids as a pro. Having participated in the Olympics as an amateur does not give you a clean PED slate for the rest of your life.

Anyways, we'll agree to disagree. Debate can go on forever.

Such a silly comment. Of course not but comparing testing methods in 1988 to methods now is like comparing a 1994 cell phone to today's version. What point are you trying to make here? Because using that logic, passing NSAC tests doesn't give you a clean PED slate either.

As far as i can remember.

It all started when Jose Luis Castillo kayoed Corrales with one left hook by coming in 139? or so in a ligtweight linear championship bout. It was a mess. and then on the rubber match Castillo again came over weight w/c cancelled the bout altogether.

Finkel the manager of Pacquiao at the time didnt want that kind or "work around" to happen againts Erik Morales. so they include it in the contract.

it also happened recently with Guzman and Campbell. There's a precedence and its a valid stipulation.

40 fights coming in againts Pacquiao with the same commisions's tests and out of nowhere OSDT???? what's the precedence?
