its ok for Floyd to re-negotiate and determine how much penalty he pays for coming over weight vs marquez.

but oh no it's not ok for Pacquiao to negotiate the penalty for himself and Floyd for coming over weight.

Floyd cheated againts Marquez because he didnt pay 20% of his purse which is the rule the commision. Now if it is stipulated in the contract Floyd would have no choice but to pay what is due.

bottom line is that Taylor, Dirrell, Ward, ... none of these guys have been asked to undergo OST. So you can't say that the Super Six has OST, unless you really wanna mislead people into believing something that isn't there.
