b/c truth be told, cotto was beaten in 2 of his last 3 fights before that fight....i mean, he ended up edging clottey on the cards, but whoever watched the fight knows how it went down.

mosley, on the other hand, was coming off 2 KO wins, and probably the biggest win of his career, before he stepped into the ring w/ mayweather.

How would Cotto have looked in the late rounds if Manny was attacking him the way that Floyd was still coming after Shane? Honestly.

Manny was standing in the middle of the ring as if to say "come on, let's fight". Floyd didn't do that. He went to Shane.

Cotto kept getting away from the ropes every time Pacquaio got to him. Floyd went to Shane, but he didn't throw a barrage of punches.

Why the double standards though?

Again making excuses to try to diminish a fighter and make the other one look greater. It really is disgusting how some of you guys get down.

First of all anybody who watch the fight knows it was close between Clottey-Cotto. It could of gone either way.

That is like me bringing up that a washed up Mayorga went life and death with Mosley. I can easily say that Shane didn't look elite at all in 2 of his last 3 fights as well, that he was older, he was coming off the longest layoff of his career.
