    Genaro Hernandez...underrated win for Floyd?

i think its one of his top wins, and its underrated floyd was only 21 years old at the time fighting for his first world title and he dominated genaro from start to finish, prior to the floyd fight hernandez had a long streak of title defenses at super featherweight and he had never lost a fight at super featherweight, hernandez had only lost once to oscar de la hoya and he had to MOVE up to lightweight from super featherweight to fight oscar yet the fight with oscar was still some what competitive compared to the mayweather fight..hernandez won couple of rounds in the oscar fight.

Overall, I think he gets credit for that fight. That's when Floyd's reign as a champion began.

I have him easily in the top 3 of Floyd wins. I got him at #2 because, of how early in his pro career Floyd fought him. And, then the way he beat him pretty good.

            1. Corrales
            2. Chicanito
            3. Castillo II
            4. Shane
            5. Manfreddy

I can't make up my mind with Shane and Castillo. Is really a draw. I go with Castillo cuz he was in his prime and what he accomplish after Floyd beat him.

nah thats not necessarily the case

at the time he went through a solid string of opponents

before he went to fight Mayweather. Also Mayweather was barely 17-0 at the time he fought Chicanito.

Good win IMO that often gets overlooked kind of like DLH's pre 147 run which to me is more impressive than his 147 and above run

Before facing Mayweather, he beat Gerena and Carlos Hernandez by wide U.D.

dont be an idiot, Genaro suffered, or is still batteling an eye tumor which ended his career, he was a beast at his prime, only lost to 2 of the sports most defining stars, please think before you speak

                    very good win.

better than floyd's wins over gatti , zab , baldomir , etc.

my ranking of floyd's best wins:

                    1. corrales
                    2. castillo (both)
                    3. delahoya
                    4. genaro
