I see this is the horse that doesn't die. Anyway, having clean tests your entire life is not conclusive proof that you are not on anything. The olympics are full of drug cheaters, but only a percentage get caught. And nobody really believe that only they are the cheaters. It's quiet naive to believe so. There does not exist conclusive evidence that Pacquiao is on something, and because that is the case he deserves to be believed. However, that does not mean that the su****ion is meritless. What he has accomplished is very rare. The way he has gone up in weight is suspect. His performances against guys that out weighed him at one time by 20 pounds leaves one scratching his head. And last, but not least, his refusal to fully participate in drug testing creates an even bigger cloud of su****ion.
Also, let's not forget that Mayweather is not making the rules for anybody. He's making the rules for himself. I don't think Mayweather really gives a **** if anybody else does OSDT; however, Money Mayweather decided that he's not going to fight Pacquiao without OSDT in place. This is part of two individuals negotiating a contract. If Pacquiao doesn't like, he can walk away- like he did. People act like this fight has to be made. It doesn't. There are plenty of boxers out there that will fight Pacquiao, without the tests, for a paycheck...and they call Mayweather the money-hungry-*******...funny!
