He looked amazing before the Maidana fight and even during that fight at times. He's exciting and he has personality. I don't think this guy can't get fights because of his race, probably more to do with his boring style and chip-on-my-shoulder attitude. I like the idea of reading articles/blogs from professional boxers, but the two that are always talking on this site(Paulie) just put down boxing in general and other boxers. Ishe talks here about people hating on Floyd for no reason, what's his reason for hating on Angulo and in an indirect way, Pacquiao too? Not trying to be a jerk, but this just comes off as a bitter man who thinks the world is against him because of his race.
how is he bitter? you can't really debate what he said about ortiz and the politics of the game.. Ortiz quit on national television, he hasn't accomplished anything yet, hes basically a prospect getting a ton of hbo coverage.. There are guys like devon alexander, tiim bradley, campbell and others who have put in hard work and are trying t o fight the best out there who don't get the air time they deserve.

I gotta disagree with you on this one. Tim Bradley and Devon Alexander are fighting on HBO now, so it isnt like he's taking their spots. And IMO, Campbell is also a clear quitter on national TV as well. Tim Bradley was whoppin that ass when Nate was"seeing spots" and had to quit.
I can just hear an underlying "I get screwed" tone with this guy in everything he writes. Ishe's definitely had his tough breaks(I thought he beat Mora) but he's also had plenty of chance to make a name for hiself and failed. Ishe's fought on HBO, he's fought on ESPN. He's lost though or looked boring in winning. Even though im being critical of some things he said, I did enjoy reading it I guess. Whether I like his pro black attitude or not, at least he speaks his mind and you have to respect that.

You can dislike Mayweather's public image or his pre-fight antics all you want but all that hype still translates to the man averaging no less than 20mil his last four fights. Hell, most people actually buy into the bs because they find themselves rooting for his opponent in hopes that someone will finally be able to shut him up & shut him down. The brashness..the ****y demeanor is no doubt a part of his personality, but he's also a smart dude, very shrewd business-wise, a giving person and an excellent father to his kids. Dude has made millions off his own blood, sweat & tears so if he wants to be brag & boast, tote a million dollars cash around in a gucci duffle bag or say he's the greatest figter ever...So What..let him rock. Everybody talks **** in some form or fashion at some pt or another. He realizes the nonsense he does translates into mo' money in the bank because it adds to the entertainment value which is why he & his family are the cornerstones of the 24/7 series. I support the homie b/c trash talking aside, he's a consummate professional who puts the work in to be the best at his craft. He has a throwback work ethic b/c the emphasis is placed on preparation. I'm sure his training camps are way more taxing on him than the actual fight itself. I recall seeing a photo of him about 4 wks ago and you could see the puffy swelling around his eyes. I've hardly seen him puffed up after a fight let alone cut. During the 24/7 series with Hatton, there was one quick scene after a workout (which wasnt shown) where you saw dude throwing up in bucket. That's bustin' ya azz in training camp when you see an elite level athlete earlin' on his knees earlin'. It's one thing to have to natural gifts but when you combine that with an insane approach to training and preparation is when you witness the makings of a stellar athlete (regardless of the sport).
