All i have to say is this..floyd fought baldomir for 12mill & the WW belt @ that time. We know floyd would beat margarito any day. The thing is Margarito is dirty so im glad he didnt fight margarito. I feel bad for cotto who was on top of his game & got cheated by plasters, then built his career back up and got cheated again by pacroids...If anyone should be pushing for manny to take the test is cotto...I feel that if manny is dirty he should be stripped of his titles. Do i agree with the new testing? Yes..I think all sports should have it including ufc. I'm not on a money wagon but whats right is whats right. These fighters are cheating and destroying our sports that we love. Look at cotto...he'll never be the same due to some illegal ****!

He didn't get $12 million, it was slightly over $8 million, minus the $750k he had to pay Top Rank in order to buy out his contract.

I still have an innocent-until-proven-guilty stance on Manny, but am already on record in saying that all sports (especially boxing) need to adopt random blood and urine testing procedures.

But once the commissioners enforce it, I honestly believe Manny will have no problem taking the tests. His team's mishandling of the whole ordeal was a PR disaster, not indicative of his being guilty of anything, at least IMHO.

I have been in and around the ring and have spoken to people that are experienced in the field of PEDs. The bottom line is if PEDs didn't give a fighter a MAJOR edge they wouldn't be illegal. Any time something increases you strength it in turn increases your power, speed, recovery time and endurance which says it all. Maybe you can see it but I can't see a Manny (like the 130 Manny) KOing Cotto. Again a 50% KO ratio at 130 and a 85/90% ratio @147? Believe what you'd like if it amuses you but it's not a coincidence that this is the first time in boxing history that this has happened.

this was also a cotto who was ruined by margacheatos concrete handwraps.

listen i dont know what to think, there isnt any proof that pac did peds, but he did decline to take tests to fight floyd with certain dates..

it can be seen either way, first he wont let floyd dictate him or the rules, or second he doesnt want blood drawn that close to a fight.

these are HUGE egos belonging to superstars, not sure what their reasoning is..

im not saying he took them or didnt, who knows...

i dont think its fair to say he did unless there is proof.

either way, i thiink floyd beats him no matter what.

This fight is about real principle. You don't go into a 100 million dollar match against an opponent that's cheating. You make sure there's a level playing field first then you fight. I agree with Sr. Floyd can beat Manny without the testing but why allow him to cheat. Anyone remotely involved in boxing knows that the Nevada commission is damn near useless which is clearly why Team Pac depends on their ignorant ass fans to back his nonsense. They know the intelligent fans either already know or are capable of researching to find the truth. The difference is a decision vs. a KO within 8 rounds because Manny tested gets stopped within 8 rounds.

Hey Sugar Q you obviously believe Floyd Jr. is God and can do no wrong but let's be realistic here. You claim to be in and around the ring and spoken to PED experts. Yet anyone who knows boxing and PED will tell you that yes steroids do improve strenth but they don't improve your skill which is what Pacquiao has done since his last loss. He has continously trained harder and improved his boxing skills. Ignorant people such as Floyd and yourself somehow believe that steroids are a magical drug that can turn anyone into the greatest athlete in the world. If a basketball player improves his free throw dramatically improves his shooting percentage do you think he's on steroids also? And as far as claiming Pacquiao is on steroids because of his high ko percentage at welterweight. He's only had 3 fights at welterweight so of coures it's gonna be high. De La Hoya quit on his stool so technically he wasn't ko'd. And if Manny is a monster on steroids as you claim he shouldn't put Clottey on his ass. Just because Floyd chooses not to finish fighters off doesn't mean that someone who does is on steroids.

floyds win over mosley was great but he hadnt been in the ring for 15 months when he had beat margirito and before that was months since his last fight in the ring yeah it was stil a very hard man to beat but 38 mosley ring rust told its story think pac will be none stop for 12 rounds but stil i just dont know who will win two the of the very best of all time and if the fight dont happen then *** pac an floyd am back to wwf hogan v earthquake rematch

This is true. Don't tell that to Mayweather's huggers, however. I like him; I enjoy success. I like witnessing history. I think Floyd passed up on a great opportunity at history by essentially ducking those two for 2-3 years. Now they are on the down-and-out.

Even after beating Mosley, my perception of Floyd's legacy didn't really improve. I still have Pacquiao ahead of him.
