Yet anyone who knows boxing and PED will tell you that yes steroids do improve strenth but they don't improve your skill which is what Pacquiao has done since his last loss. He has continously trained harder and improved his boxing skills. Ignorant people such as Floyd and yourself somehow believe that steroids are a magical drug that can turn anyone into the greatest athlete in the world. If a basketball player improves his free throw dramatically improves his shooting percentage do you think he's on steroids also? And as far as claiming Pacquiao is on steroids because of his high ko percentage at welterweight. He's only had 3 fights at welterweight so of coures it's gonna be high. De La Hoya quit on his stool so technically he wasn't ko'd. And if Manny is a monster on steroids as you claim he shouldn't put Clottey on his ass. Just because Floyd chooses not to finish fighters off doesn't mean that someone who does is on steroids.

Let me ask you a question. Do you see skill or do you see Manny walking through much bigger fighters? If your getting hit at will by your opponent that aint too skillful to me. Is that skill making everyone who watched the Marquez/Pac fights say Marquez won? Where is the skill? Quickness yes, hard murderous puncher all of a sudden yes but skill I don't see. I see Pac walking through much bigger fighters while taking their best shots. We wouldn't even be having this conversation if he was outpoint cats but this little dude who had a 50% KO ratio @130 is walking through these big punching world class fighters and overpowering them not outclassing them.

How about we quote the numerous doctors who stated that the amount of blood drawn for USADA test could in no way effect an athlete. Every athlete who competes in the Olympics takes the same test, why is it so bad for Manny? You know what it is, there's no point in me debating with your bias ass. You're just a Pacquiao fan. Either way he doesn't have the skill to beat Floyd and Manny would get dominated just like every other fighter. But if you want to talk about ducking lets talk about how Manny ducked Shane Mosley, the same fighter Floyd destroyed last Saturday. I guess you know nothing about that huh?

Your so right Mr.W. There's no use. Some of these dudes are prolly miserable in life and just come here to argue. No disrespect to my dudes you can agree to disagree with. This statement was meant for the idiots.

        Bull****.

Cotto's camp were as indifferent to fight as Floyd's in early 2008.

As for Margarito back in 2006, Mayweather wanted a guarantee from Top Rank of a Cotto fight for $10,000,000 to come after he fought Margarito. They would only guarantee a figure LESS than he supposedly would have been making for the Tony fight. They also told him there was no $20,000,000 for a fight with De La Hoya (Floyd went on to make more than $20 mill fighting Oscar a year later). He told Top Rank to fuck themselves by buying himself out of his Top Rank contract and negotiating excellent money elsewhere to fight the WBC/Ring champ.

Like it or not, these are the reasons those fights never happened at welter. Should I also mention that Team Cotto wanted none of Floyd at 140lb?

Floyd ducked these guys. LMAO, YEAHRIGHT.

They don't follow boxing they just listen to Bob Arum and Freddie Roach interviews. I stated already to them that Cotto nor Hatton wanted any part of Floyd after they witnessed the destruction he put on Arturo Gatti @ 140. They going to find some more BS to come up with after they see Manny get stopped or white washed.

Another thing is why not shut everybody up and submit to testing? Forget Floyd on this why didn't Manny do it for the Clottey fight? He would have something to stand on if he did. I was reading where a PED specialist said the notion that Floyd is the reason this fight didnt happen is absurd because 14 days is still enough time to work a PED into your system and Team PBF knew this. The specialist said Floyd should insist on random testing up to fight time or it's a waste of time.
i personally think a cut-off is pointless... if they do USADA, they should do it 100% or NOT at all... but whatever, if a cut-off day gets the fight made, then so be it.... personally, i dont care whether USADA is done or not... i cant imagine p-will & cintron having to pay for USADA for their fight... NSAC has no interest in doing USADA tests.... so i doubt it will ever be permanent.

what would happen if floyd didnt fight mosley? they would say that he ducked him. mayweather is right its lose lose after he beats pac man easily they are going to say that pac is too small fight paul williams. every body talks about pac can throw 1200 punches but fail to look at the point he doesnt he come close to that stat when he is being hit back floyd is going to make him pay in the worst way.

yes, floyd opted not to fight Margarito for $8million because he was offered $12million to fight Baldimir.

as for a major difference in outcome whether or not pac is on something is bogus IMO... i think its completely absurd to assume PED/steroids is SOLELY the reason for his success... the man trains just as hard as floyd... they are BOTH 15 round fighters.

vargas & toney didnt reach ELITE status with steroids... mosley almost lost to oscar on steroids... so i dont understand how people assume that without steroids, pac would be some sort of chump.... steroids/PEDs is used to assist with a great training regimen... i dont condone it, but lets not act like its some magical substance that turns an average fighter into a GREAT fighter.... with or without substances, i see it an even match... floyd could win if he can exploit pac's lack of defense against a solid jab... and pac can win by outworking floyd...
