Nothing against Quintana, but both Pacquiao and Mayweather are faster and more comfortable at 147 than Paul Williams will ever be. Why do people over-rate Pauls existence at Welterweight?

Waste off time, Pac-May should fight each other, Paul is fools gold...at 147 anyway

Why can someone who lost to Singsurat and Torrecampo beat Floyd?

Styles makes fights. Nothing else. I like how you leave out that he KO'd Quintana in ONE round my friend.

Because fighters learn from their mistakes/losses and improve themselves.

Pac is to small for Williams period they are both come forward fighters with big outputs.. but Pac is giving practically every strength up to Williams.

I have no doubt Mayweather can beat Williams though he is bigger and has the skills to beat someone of Williams size.

Paul williams has a decent resume....

              antonio margarito
              winky wright
              sergio martinez
              sharmba mitchell
              carlos quintana
              kermit cintron (after next week)

and williams is just getting started...possible names to add on pauls resume, since paul will fight anybody who can step up to the plate:

              miguel cotto
              yuri foreman
              alfred angulo
              felix sturm
              roman karmazin
              kelly pavlik
              anthony mundine

Pacquiao was a teenager, Paul Williams was a grown-ass 26 year old man when he got outboxed against Quintana. If he loses to a mediocre boxer like Quintana, he will most certainly lose to the best boxers in the world.

I know he KO'd him later, but again this is Carlos Quintana we're talking about here.

He is Fools Gold at 147.

Man, I'd love to see Pac fight Williams. That'd be like a real-life version of Nintendo's Punch Out.

Since when is Quintana a bum? Maybe Williams had trouble with the slick lefty style and didnt prepare properly?

You know he had no left hand sparring partners right? You know he took that fight on short notice right? He also said he was out of shape and he came in 164 Pounds. His highest weight ever.

Now is that Quintana's fault no. He beat him.

Doesnt mean Floyd and Pac can or will.
