I agree Paul Williams is a straight offensive fighter no skills he just throws a lot of punches I don't really see what so special about him we already know he can be outboxed and when he get in with the right puncher they gonna knock his ass out I mean if Martinez hit a little bit harder Williams would have been out cold

Floyd will pot shot Martinez to death. Sergio moves a lot and is quick, but he holds his hands way to low to have a chance with Floyd. I think that fight would be a stinker.

Floyds straight right hand peppers Martinez.

I like PWill and he comes to fight, but I dont see what so special about him either honestly. Kinda reminds me of a Candelo, tall, lanky fighter who throws a ton of punches. Hes just got that extra little spark tho that makes him more effective than it seems like he should be.

              Williams is not a draw...

What the hell is your beef with Paul Williams? He fights who is put in front of him unlike a lot of these other guys like Timothy Bradley and Juan Ma Lopez. Martinez would be a nobody right now if Williams hadn't have given him a shot. I'm not a nuthugger of a guy by no means, but he puts in a hell of a lot more work than these other fighters do, and I respect him for that. Sure, he gets a little bit of preferential treatment from Haymon and HBO, but he doesn't wait for nine months to get back in the ring like a lot of these fighters who are pampered do.

By the way, Sugar Ray Robinson had MUCH more skills and talent than Floud.

I like paul williams but I kinda agree there isn't anything special about his skills. He is just one of those rare genetic marvels that comes around ever so often, add to that he has great stamina, throws a lot of punches and it's p-will. He isn't very skilled though, imo. Fun to watch, tough opponent for anyone based on his body length and his fighting style.
