Floyd Sr. - "I Don't See **** In Paul Williams"

Over on fight hype they have an interview with Floyd Mayweather Sr. When asked about Paul vs. Cintron he disses Williams saying "I don't see **** in Paul Williams. He'll probably beat Cintron, but I don't see nothin' special in him." Or something along those lines.

Now that Floyd Sr. is laying down the gauntlet, I hope this fight gets made. Al Haymon stay out of it and stop screwing Paul over. You know George Peterson will respond if he hears of this as will "The Punisher".

Paul and his trainer has been taking shots at Floyd lately. Hopefully they settle it in the ring.

That is about what I would expect Sr. to say about Williams.

Mayweather would have little to gain from fighting Williams apart from an easy paycheque. Williams has no titles and has already been outboxed by Quintana and Sergio. Would be an acceptable fight but I dont see Mayweather taking it.

I would love to see Mayweather/Williams after a Mayweather/Pacquiao fight. I think Williams is one of the few with a legitimate chance to beat Floyd.

Paul called him, Floyd will duck him, as will Pacquiao. Who do you got if it goes down?

By the way, Sugar Ray Robinson had MUCH more skills and talent than Floud.

That could have been possible but Paul didn't accept Pavlik's offer. I always had a feeling that Mayweather would attempt to grab a title at 160 before he retires, I still strongly believe he'll try to. I'd LOVE to see Mayweather vs. Paul Williams, but Martinez has more to offer.

Williams is the #3 P4P boxer in the world and Floyd does not use any of the movement Sergio or Quintana did and is not a southpaw. You can not compare the two. Martinez is s bigger man and bringing up Quintana is equivalent to me bringing up Castillo.
