      2. Gets owned horribly by fading Morales

      3. Owns a completely shot Morales that just got one sidedly OWNED by journeyman Zahir Raheem. This begins Pac's conquest of shot fighters who are coming off losses.

      4. Beats Oscar Larios in next fight who was just brutally KTFO in his previous fight by Israel Vasquez. boxrec: "Pacquiao stunned by a right hand in the third" LOL!
(Pac wins by UD unable to even KO a guy who just got annihilated in 3 rounds in his last fight. LOL!)

      5. Has a Draw with Marquez

      6. Beats completely shot to pieces weight drained DLH who had IV holes in his arms from being forced to rehydrate with a needle due to the sheer drain he had to go through to get down in the weight Pac made him fight at.
Victory means literally nothing. Not to mention DLH was coming off 3 losses in his last 5 fights. (not to mention takes Floyd's sloppy seconds)

      7. Destroys Ricky Hatton who was already previously destroyed by Floyd when Hatton was undefeated. Hatton's previous fight was an unimpressive bare victory over Lascano where Hatton was almost KTFO and showed he was shot. Another shot fighter perfect candidate for Pac/Roach.

      8. Forces Cotto to drain to 145 then beats him.

      9. Beats an overrated bum Clottey who threw 5 punches per round and was basically a sparring partner.

      Damn, Pac is truly great.
Notice most of these fighters fought Pacquiao at their normal fighting weight? Didn't have to come up for a ciricus fight.

Pacquiao has lost, but other great fighters who are still popular today have as well. Too many people put too much weight on Undefeated records nowadays.

But I find it very funny everybody's jumping on the Mayweather wagon when he has FINALLY fought a threat like Mosley, who was clearly ringrusted, old.
I think that Mayweather has faced better competition than Pacquiao. Aside from Barrera, which was Pacquiao's best win, and Juan Manuel Marquez, who arguably deserved to win the decision against Pacquiao, who has Pacquiao faced? Erik Morales, Oscar De La Hoya, Rickey Hatton, and Miguel Cotto had all lost recently and had people speculating that they were past prime when they fought Pacquaio. Aside from them, no one else on Pacquiao's resume can be considered a potential Hall of Famer.

Mayweather beat Genaro Hernandez (never lost to anyone else at 130), prime unbeaten Diego Corrales, Prime Jose Luis Castillo, and unbeaten Ricky Hatton. He also beat a much larger Oscar De La Hoya at 154, he beat P4P#2 Juan Manuel Marquez, and he beat P4P#3 Shane Mosley who was coming off one of his biggest wins. In all Floyd has beaten 15 world champions, 9 of whom were also lineal champions. The amazing thing is that after facing all that competition, the only ones who have won more than 3 rounds against Mayweather are Castillo and possible Oscar De La Hoya.

Hatton still convincingly beat Collazo who just arguably beat or gave Berto a run for his money and Berto is considered one of the top dogs to this day at 147 so Hatton was no push over. He was prime and undefeated.
After Floyd ruined him and fed him to Lazcano, that's when Roach wanted to take the shot to **** left overs.

Good statement apart from the asanine last sentence. Prime Oscar lost to shot cokehead Whitaker and most people agree Floyd is even better than Whitaker so that's not even a plausible argument.

Baldomir - paper champ? lol. Did he really pose a threat?

              Mitchell - lol
Baldomir outweighed Floyd by ungodly lbs and hadn't lost in 8 years. At the time everyone thought he was a credible threat and rightfully so because Floyd was untested at this weight.

Mitchell was Floyd's first fight at 147, very good opponent; Floyd walked him down and KTFO him like a destroyer.

Yup. Sugar Ray Robinson, Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, can't be uttered in the same breath as those ATG's because they have 27 losses and 7 draws amongst them.
chris john is a great champ, the fighters you named don't fight in this era if they did they'd more than likely be undefeated the argument of naming fighters not of this era is weak.

Marquez - best weight at 126-130, 35?, coming up to 144 when Floyd just came in at full WW limit? Tune-up fight, meaningless.

How about Mosley? You know, the guy who got dodged by Pacquiao? I especially love the excuses on him.

The funny thing is that everyone acts asthough Floyd is the only dodger.. while Pacquiao's basically the same. His management is fully aware of when to pick a fight against who.

Dodged? He took on Miguel Cotto instead, either option had Pacquiao chose would be a good one. But let me tell you, Pacquiao beats that Mosley in the fight and even KO's him. Mosley looked too old after round two, and he just let it lose for one round. He empited the tank to soon.
