Floyd put it down so tough this weekend that James Toney spilled his haterade in the 11th round and had to call in just to give props to Floyd. Now you know that's big. As big as Toney's mouth is you know he told Freddie to keep Manny away from that dude.Comment

I get what you are saying. So Manny will follow the commission rules when it comes to drug testing but Manny will NOT follow the rules of the commission when it comes to weight penalties.
Why is the drug testing rules of the commission good enough for Manny but not the weight penalty rules? Both are in place either you abide by the commission rules or you don't!!Last edited by tredh; 05-05-2010, 10:46 AM.Comment

In my opinion, Mayweather "losing his legs" is actually making him a more exciting fighter because he can now relatively be more aggressive instead of just running away. I've never seen Mayweather becoming more "offensive" and this fight vs Mosley showed that.
Still an effective boxer.
But this is playing in the lines favoring for Pacquiao. He is in front of him going toe to toe. If Mayweather fights this way, Pacquiao will knock him out.Comment

Pac is nor ODH. Two different fighter there, which in turn means two different game plans. What Oscar used for Floyd doesn't mean that if Pac uses it he will be successful with it.Comment

a reason is different from an excuse my man.Why are you still making excuses? He couldn't pull because he was scared to get caught with that counter. I understand that he is your #2 guy but you need to man-up like Mosely did and admit that Floyd is and always was the better fighter. I'm serious about this because guys like you talk much trash leading up to the fight, then afterward you got all these excuses. Man-up!
did mosley stop throwing in the 3rd and on forever because he was being battered so badly in that 3rd round?
or did shane stop throwing for other reasons. was he not gassed? was his coordination not detoriorated?
i think floyd wins this fight no matter what in the last 4 years, but 7 years ago it may be a different story.
how is saying a near 39 year old guy who gasses in the 3rd round, mouth open gasping the whole fight after, is an excuse?
choosing one fighter to win before a fight and implenting my thoughts on what gameplan can and should work, is not talking trash, it is talking boxing.
