Again why wouldn't they be as fast? Oh I'm sorry they weren't black and slick no way someone who isn't black and slick be faster even though they fought at weight classes 20 pounds north of what Judah fought at that are known fo having fighters with great handspeed.

I've seen Barrera fight in his prime. Not even for a second did I think he was faster than Shane.

Marquez has far from elite hand speed

he wasnt faster than shane prime for prime. but the shane saturday night was slower compared to mab in prime. it was obvious his looping punches were telegraphed.

and how far would elite hand speed carry you if you are not effective? and can you name me these fighters w/ elite handspeed aside from pac and floyd that they fought that became great?

I'm not even talking prime for prime. Prime for prime it's not even comparable...in Mosley v De La Hoya I Mosely was punching faster than Barrera ever dreamed of punching.
